Service description

Remind Cards AI is a flashcard and study app that may include spaced repetition scheduling, deck management, progress tracking, AI-assisted flashcard generation from text or images, and related features. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Remind Cards AI. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You should provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

Acceptable use

• You may use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not upload content that infringes rights, contains malicious code, or violates applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the flashcards, decks, notes, and other content you create or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

AI-generated content

Remind Cards AI may use artificial intelligence to generate, summarize, transform, or suggest flashcards and study material based on text, images, or other content you provide. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for your needs.

Decks may contain wrong words, invalid words, incorrect translations, missing meanings, or other language errors, whether they are created by AI, imported, edited, or shared. We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, completeness, or suitability of words, translations, definitions, examples, or other study content in any deck.

AI-generated content is provided for study assistance only and is not professional, educational, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output before relying on it.

Subscriptions and payments

Remind Cards AI offers optional premium subscriptions, currently available as monthly and yearly auto-renewable plans. The title, length, and price of each plan are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, and prices may vary by region and currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's subscription settings (your Apple App Store or Google Play account). Once a billing period has started, the unused portion of that period is generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled by the platform through which you purchased, in accordance with its policies.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Remind Cards AI available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available. Features may change over time, including during testing or early access periods.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe these terms have been violated, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. You may also stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

Remind Cards AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, uninterrupted service, or that the service will meet every requirement or expectation.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy and appropriateness of all deck content before relying on it for study, school, work, travel, communication, or any other purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Remind Cards AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
