Delete Account

Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Remind Cards AI account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Remind Cards AI app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Manage Account
  4. Tap the Delete account button and confirm

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can request deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to: info@remindcardsai.com
  2. Use the subject: Account Deletion Request
  3. Send the request from the same email address used in your account

We will process your request within 30 days.

Data Deletion

When your account is deleted:

  • Your account information will be permanently deleted.
  • Your flashcards and learning data will be removed.
  • Any associated personal data will be erased.

Data Retention

We do not retain personal data after account deletion, except where required by law.
